Chief of Staff
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work with the Firm’s President on strategic, client-facing, and organizational functions currently performed by the President. This is a new role we’re creating because of the Firm’s growth.
The Chief of Staff will:
- Work with the President to manage all aspects of the Firm’s current and potential limited partner (“Partner”)-facing functions and processes, including Partner relationship-building, relationship-management, and due diligence.
- Work with the President to manage all aspects of the Firm’s external communications and stakeholder management.
- Work with the President on organizational process improvement in all aspects of the Firm’s functions not under the purview of the Firm’s Chief Operating Officer or investment team.

Beyond these traits, we are looking for:
- Sound understanding of business and investing
- 7-15 years of experience and a proven track record of success in previous relationship-building and relationship-management roles. Such roles could include (but are not limited to) the following:
○ Investment consulting or wealth management
○ Management consulting
○ Investment banking
○ Investor relations
