Max Seraita's Interview

Max is Controller at Discerene. Before joining the Firm, he was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was responsible for auditing hedge funds, private equity funds, funds of funds, and their management companies and general partner entities. Max has a Master of Science in Taxation degree from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree (majoring in accounting) from the same institution, graduating first in his class. Max is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In his free time, Max enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, and engaging with religious texts.
